Launch Asset Naming System

Creava Editorial$16 USD

A compact system for organizing a campaign's many versions, languages and placements. Define stable identifiers, separate working files from approved deliveries, and build a manifest that a new collaborator can understand. The aim is a clear handoff, not a more elaborate folder tree.

Inside the scope

  • Naming convention worksheet
  • Launch asset manifest CSV
  • Folder structure reference
  • Delivery README template
  • Archive and handoff checklist
A useful pattern can combine project, asset, locale, placement and version. Define those fields once, then list the final filenames and their intended use in the delivery manifest.

Compatibility & delivery

Text and CSV. This package does not rename or move files automatically.

Reusable documentation and a manual organization workflow.

This page provides scope information and a text preview. Listed files or individual review sessions are not automatically delivered by saving a selection.

PRODUCT IN CONTEXT / CREAVA EDITORIAL

A closer look at the fit.

A working situation

For a launch with two languages and three placements, assign a stable asset identifier and map every export to its destination. When one line of copy changes, use the manifest to find affected files and issue new versions with a replacement note. Keep the archived delivery separate so earlier approvals remain traceable.

Which naming fields should I keep for a small launch?

Keep fields that distinguish meaningful variants, such as asset, placement, language and version. Omit redundant fields that never change, and put long instructions in the manifest. Test whether a recipient can locate the required file without opening every item or hearing your explanation.

Will the package rename files or update links automatically?

No. It supplies naming, manifest and handoff structures in text and CSV. Apply the convention deliberately and inspect dependencies before renaming existing material. Keep approved replacements distinguishable from older deliveries, and verify that the receiving team can identify the intended version.

Using the Feedback Matrix

Does this connect to my messaging or project app?

No integration is included. The review tracker is a CSV table you can open or import in a compatible spreadsheet tool. Comments and decisions must be added by the people running the review.

How should I handle two people asking for opposite changes?

Create one decision entry describing the conflict, link the affected version and identify the approving owner. Keep both requests visible until that person resolves the tradeoff; do not silently treat the most recent message as the final decision.

Can I use the same tracker for several review rounds?

Yes. Keep the artifact version and review round in separate fields, and close resolved entries with a short decision note. Start a new entry when a later round raises a different issue rather than overwriting the earlier decision.

Formats, delivery and learning orders

Why do several tools use text and CSV?

These formats keep the core material portable and easy to inspect. Text can be edited in common writing tools, while CSV can be opened in spreadsheets. Formatting and formulas may behave differently after import, so check the result in the application you use.

Do courses include live teaching or certificates?

The courses are described as self-paced written lessons with exercises authored by Creava Editorial. Live teaching, personal coaching and certification are not included in those descriptions.

How can I check what my order includes?

Review the item's contents, formats and delivery scope before ordering. The order should identify the exact product or course and its price. For a review service, confirm the accepted scope and delivery date as well as the materials you will receive.
