The Feedback Matrix

Creava Editorial$19 USD

A review system for work that gets discussed in several places at once. Record the artifact version, observation, requested change, decision owner and resolution. Separate a preference from a blocker so the next round answers the real issue instead of merely accumulating edits.

Inside the scope

  • Review tracker CSV
  • Decision meeting agenda
  • Comment rewrite examples
  • Approval summary template
  • Change-request triage checklist
Review row: asset / version / observed issue / intended outcome / requested change / decision owner / status / decision date. Start a new row when one comment contains two unrelated decisions.

Compatibility & delivery

CSV for spreadsheets; plain-text agenda and summaries. Does not connect to project or messaging accounts.

Reusable documentation templates; the buyer runs their own review process.

This page provides scope information and a text preview. Listed files or individual review sessions are not automatically delivered by saving a selection.

PRODUCT IN CONTEXT / CREAVA EDITORIAL

A closer look at the fit.

A working situation

For a presentation review, enter comments by slide and version, separate observations from suggested fixes, and group requests that affect the same hierarchy decision. Ask the owner to choose among conflicts before revision. In the next round, show the changed slides beside the accepted-action summary rather than rereading the whole message history.

How should I record contradictory comments about one layout?

Create separate observation rows tied to the same artifact and version, then group them under the decision they affect. Record the approving owner and the question that needs resolution. Do not mark both proposed fixes as accepted merely because both comments were received.

Does a completed tracker row mean the work is approved?

No. Distinguish an action being implemented from the relevant owner approving its result. Keep an approval reference and the inspected version in the summary. This CSV is a recording structure, not an account integration, electronic-signature system or automatic proof of acceptance.

Using the Feedback Matrix

Does this connect to my messaging or project app?

No integration is included. The review tracker is a CSV table you can open or import in a compatible spreadsheet tool. Comments and decisions must be added by the people running the review.

How should I handle two people asking for opposite changes?

Create one decision entry describing the conflict, link the affected version and identify the approving owner. Keep both requests visible until that person resolves the tradeoff; do not silently treat the most recent message as the final decision.

Can I use the same tracker for several review rounds?

Yes. Keep the artifact version and review round in separate fields, and close resolved entries with a short decision note. Start a new entry when a later round raises a different issue rather than overwriting the earlier decision.
