Give every motion a job
Explain what changes, why it moves and what should remain clear without movement.
Digital assets / CREAVA
Turn words such as tactile, soft or premium into observable material choices. Compare roughness, reflectivity, edge treatment, scale and lighting, then explain what each reference contributes to a visual direction. Build a board that can guide a photographer, illustrator or 3D artist.
Describe the same surface in three ways: how light behaves on it, how its edges read, and what happens when it is seen close up. Avoid substituting a mood word for all three observations.
Text-led reference planning materials. Photographs, scanned textures, 3D materials and rights to third-party reference images are not included.
Original written exercises and board structure, not a texture-image library.
This page provides scope information and a text preview. Listed files or individual review sessions are not automatically delivered by saving a selection.
For an identity exploring paper and metal, compare two ordinary materials in a simple original photograph. Annotate the useful contrast, source any external references and note what should not be copied. Translate the board into a small lighting test before applying the direction to a full set of brand outputs.
No. It contains written observation exercises, attribution fields and board structures. Photographs, scanned textures, shader materials and third-party image rights are excluded. Plan original tests or obtain appropriate assets separately rather than treating a described texture as an included file.
Observe the same object under more than one light arrangement and record what changes. A rough-looking image may owe much of its appearance to grazing light or contrast. Keep material observations and lighting observations in separate notes before turning the reference into a production instruction.
FROM THE CREAVA TEAM
Editorial explanations of the product scope, not buyer reviews.
They are written adjustment recipes and comparison exercises, not XMP, DNG or LUT files. The description deliberately distinguishes a manual starting approach from an application preset that can be installed.
Yes. The planning exercises focus on light, subject position, reflection control and a useful image sequence. Use the camera controls available on your phone and review the results at the size where the images will be published.
No. It contains observation prompts, comparison exercises and a structure for annotating references. Any photographs, scanned materials or third-party references you add need their own appropriate permissions.
CREAVA EDITORIAL / THE WORKING LIBRARY
Briefs, creative decisions, production habits and practical answers from the Creava editorial desk.
Explain what changes, why it moves and what should remain clear without movement.
A clear contribution and an explained decision are stronger than an unsupported outcome.
Simple cards can reveal shape when brighter exposure only creates a larger highlight.
